In the past ten years, research on Entrepreneurship has sharply risen, which became a focus in the field of Management. Researchers pay attention to individual behavior as well as entrepreneurial team. More and more proof shows that entrepreneurship activities are based on entrepreneurial teams, not on individual behavior and entrepreneurial teams hold better performance. At the same time, abundant research literatures on Teams have been the solid basis of entrepreneurial teams.This dissertation tries to find the suitable leadership models of entrepreneurial teams through massive literatures searching and reading. Firstly, it reviewed the typical theories of Team and Leadership, and pointed out the developing trend in the future. Secondly, it analyses the sources of leadership power and get the 4-dimensional leadership behavior model through Hersey and Blanchard's SLT model and Robert J. House's theory. Thirdly, based on Lumpkin and Dess's theory of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Stephen's team process theory, this dissertation analyses interaction among entrepreneurial orientation, leadership behavior and leadership process, and how do these variables finally affect performance of teams and organizations. At the same time, internal and external environments also affect entrepreneurial orientation, leadership behavior and leadership process. Finally, an integrated model of leadership process upon entrepreneurial teams is given here.On the basis it provides the research model and questionnaire design. After that, an empirical study is made to test this model. Finally, an integrated model of leadership behavior- team process- performance is given.Research on entrepreneurial team in the angle of leadership is rare both in national literatures and international literatures. Therefore, this dissertation is creative but difficult to fulfill. If this dissertation could give these business managers some inspire, it is best rewarded.
