Study On Coal Resource Exploitation Of Chongqing

The necessity of sustainable development is that society and economy harmoniously developing,and which is the necessity conception of science development. To do research in exploitation and utilization of coal resource is current when our civilization transits to ecological from industrial.Whereas yet there is no systematic summarize on harmonious theory,this study recited the theory of resource exploitation and at all times and in all over the world, adopted the guidance thought of harmonious theory and symbolic harmony of harmonious econimics,the sustainable development theory of resource exploitation, and did research in coal bed, characters of chongqing's coal and the balance relation of coal exploitation and gross country economy.In the direction of harmonious thought,and on the basis of research of the data of chongqing's Stat.yearbook during 1999-2005 and the special programming of coal perambulation,exploitation in chongqing(2004) and the programming of development of the coal industry in chongqing(2005),the study using the mathematics analysis method in the person of or containing harmony,analysed the harmony of chongqing'coal bed and characters,that is to say,the study analysed the symbolic harmony of coal bed and characters variance to select the comprehensive exploitation ways (equalization) and the qualified exploitation (restriction) ways of coal according with harmony logistic.And the study using the mathematics analysis method in the person of or containing harmony and synthetically using theories of gray forecast, time sequence regression forecast and so on set up the synthetical forecast model to forecast the output of original coal expliotation during chongqing's Five Program No.11, at the precondition of assurance of gross country economy on the marked harmonious relation.Finally,combining the data in the two programmings mentioned above, this study builded time sequence supply and require relation chart,and using economics elasticity analysis theory this study analysed the elasticity and the relation of supply and require.
