The statistics of china which plays an important role and provides much statistical information and advice is one of the important sources of information for government, developed by the need of management of government. As the development of socialism economic, the statistical system has suffered new difficulties and challenges. The problem in statistical system has effected the development of economic and lead to the waste of statistical resource.
