SA8000 is a standard sponsored and drafted by Social Accountability International, which quartered in America. SA8000 put the consciousness of CSR into enterprises'business, it is a progress of human literature, from the aspect of protecting the rights of workers, so it is reasonable, but it is the derivative of Non-Tariff Barrier fromnon-government institute ,at the backgrounds of trade hard frictions, from the aspect of hinder the development of world free trade. As a developing counties SA8000 it bring challenges to our exports trade ,but it also give opportunities to us, especially it bring new ways to solve the difficulties we met in exports trade. At the present, under the circumstances of abnormal certifying international market of SA8000 , China's exporting enterprises may be miss leaded by consultant and certifying institute of SA8000.So it is practically meaningful to deep research of SA8000 for the up-grading the international competitiveness of our exporting enterprises.From this purpose, on the basis of all the preceding research work, By using the method which combines normative analysis with the empirical analysis, widely occupy materials with the investigation to study, we Analyze the intrinsic causes of partly popularization of SA8000 in our country and all over the world by utilizing Theory of Game and International Trade Theory, theoretically study the influential mechanism on our exports, and seek to the countermeasures.Firstly, I introduces the concept and content of SA8000, analysis the nature of SA8000 by comparing SA8000 with other standards.,and make rules of how to face SA8000.By analyzing the certifying reality all over the world.
