New-Type Industrialization Path

This special study embarks from the academic track of industrialization and new-type industrialization theory, uses the related principles of industrial economics, development economics, regional economics, ecological economics, environmental and natural resource economics and sustainable development economics as theory support, makes the reflection of the traditional industrialization path practice, analyzes the major flaws of it, clarifies the main differences between the new-type industrialization and the traditional industrialization, points out that the new-type industrialization is historically inevitable for building a well-off society and advancing modernization in China.Regarding Inner Mongolian industry development, from aspect of total quantity, structure, superiority industry, economic benefits and so on, this article has analyzed the main achievements of industrial development since the "tenth-five plan" and judges the stage of industrialization; discusses the opportunities, challenges and perplexities which Inner Mongolian industry sustainable development faces under the macroscopic background of the economic globalization, western exploitation and the construction of new rural and pastoral areas, systematically analyzes the reasons of it, and rationally debates between the heavy and chemical industry of our region and the new-type industrialization, realizes that the new-type industrialization path is the inevitable choice by which Inner Mongolian industry exerts the superiority and achieves the sustainable development.In above analysis foundation, the author recommends that Inner Mongolian industry walks the new-type industrialization path, we must fully consider the sustainable exploitation and use of the energy, must vigorously develop the circular economy, must cultivate the advantage industry clusters, must achieve mutual promotion between industrialization and information, must achieve coordinated development among the industrialization and urbanization, animal husbandry industry, then it can walk the new-type industrialization path which has the features of Inner Mongolia multi-national area.
