Guizhou Province To Speed Up The Industrialization Process Of Path

With reform and opening up, the development of economy and society in Guizhouprovince is rapid. Especially after government implements the western developmentstrategy. But because of its weak foundation and small base, the level of nationaleconomic gap in Guizhou province is wider than the whole one. It results from manyreasons. The most important reason is the slow process of industrialization in Guizhouprovince. To get rid of poverty and catch up with, Guizhou province have to find abreakthrough of promoting its industrialization process.Most of the country’s industrialization experience has shown that: when the percapita GDP is more than 1000 U.S. dollars, the industrial structure will rapidly changeand the process of industrialization will accelerate. Although the domestic and foreignscholars have made many studies about the industrial revolution and industrializationmodel, it is not enough how to catch up with the advanced before achieving themid-stage industrialization and to choose the some industries that accelerates theprocess of industrialization.This article settles the studies about the process of industrialization path at homeand abroad. And then this article sort out and summarize many theories .Such as the"big push" theory, the uneven development theory, and the theory of“leapfrog. Thesetheories are helpful to think about how to speed up the process of industrialization.This article discusses the relationship between the process of industrialization andleading industry. This article believes that its essence is the industrial structureevolution; the choice of leading industry is an important way to speed up theindustrialization path.This article study the relationship between Guizhou process of industrializationand leading industry, recalling the industrialization process from the early founding tothe great development of the west. This article evaluates the process ofindustrialization in Guizhou from the industrialized theory.This article asserts that although the industrialization process of Guizhou isdeepening, it is still in the initial stage of industrialization compared with the wholecountry. The process of industrialization in Guizhou is far lagging behind the nationalaverage. On the other hand, with the settlement of the Guizhou industry and structuralchanges, this article abstracts the process of leading industry in Guizhou. And then we agree that the leading industry reflects the process of industrialization from threeimportant paths. Such as increasing the quality of long-term economic growth,adjustment of the proportion of the industrial structure in Guizhou, and acceleratingthe process of urbanization.We believe that the choice of Guizhou leading industries is very important. Inorder to make research results more scientifically and rationality, this article need thequantitative analysis combined with the actual situation in Guizhou. This articlechooses the association benchmark analysis tools - leading industry input-output tablemodel. And we decide to select the leading industries——the equipmentmanufacturing, the deep material processing industry, the pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry, and this article analyze the development potential of theseleading industries. In the end, this article put forward countermeasures correspondingto three leading industries.
