Study On New Industrialization Way Of Pasturing Area In Inner Mongolia

To see it in a whole view, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is full weak ecosystem grassland with huge expansion, sparse population, terrible climate condition and strike from drought. Most part of the Region are hard to reach and alone from the outside world, so the economic development of these places are very slow. For all along the time, the pasturing area of the Region has been depending mainly on traditional stockbreeding, so that the pasturing area here has been an important animal by-product base in China. But in recent years, because of unbridled stockbreeding, over plowing and unordered industrial development of mining, the grassland became degenerated, deserted, salinization-alkalization and the ecosystem destroyed. In such circumstance, the pasturing area can not rely only on the stockbreeding to keep sustainable economy development. For this current situation, we put strong suggestion in this article that the industrial structure should be readjusted and it is necessary to develop industrial economy in a proper way and measure. Nowadays, the industrial economy in pasturing area is developing in a way, even some counties has achieved amazing results, but there appears a common trend: the start from low and make development on big pollution and destroyable exploitation. The environment pollution and ecosystem destroy is resulted from the traditional industrial development way and style, that is, to treat well the environment after pollution or in polluting, not before. We emphasize that when drawing investigation for economic development in pasturing area, we must keep the principle of Ecosystem First, and change the traditional industrial developing way to a new way guided on scientific concept of development, and develop the industry by information development, and industry boosts the information. It features of high scientific and technology content, good economic benefit, less energy consumed and best and full use of human resource. Moreover, we should build up a new industrial developing way of own style considered about the actual condition.
