The production planning and scheduling system is the core of MES iron and steel enterprise, its directly affect the efficiency and cost of steel enterprise.Effective planning and scheduling algorithms can improve benefit. The production scheduling system is to make production plan, arrange production and deal with all kinds of workshops production abnormities, which ensure to make different workshops work efficiently in phase.Aiming at production scheduling system of special steel enterprises are made in the thesis some researches on as follows:1) Based on research of production flow, production characteristics of steel enterprise and scheduling theory, the system model of production scheduling steel enterprise is presented.2) Based on research of production scheduling rules of special steel enterprise, several foremost scheduling rules is choosed.3) To realize production scheduling management problem, a rule-based grading scheduling model and its algorithm are proposed.4) A special steel enterprise production scheduling software is developed based on the above production scheduling system model using Visual C#.NET.To make the production of enterprise run in phase and run effectively, the enterprise needs an exact, effective, timely production scheduling. The production scheduling system aimed at steel enterprise is a bridge between upper management and lower production. The production scheduling system presented in the thesis will realize the global optimization of planning and scheduling to arrives at the goal of shortening the product cycle, quickening the capital circulation, reducing cost and obtaining optimal economic benefits.
