As China manufacturing technology capability development and promotion, industry of manufacturing change is faster and faster, and marketing competition also is fiercer and fiercer. With the quick change of demand and sharp increment of personalized demand, enterprise response speed also is requested faster and faster, and market requesting more segment product, more product types and faster product upgrade.Efficiency, profit and competitiveness will be one of target of all manufacturing enterprise to improve management capability. This paper is based on the current market environment, deeply study the assembly line of A company's agricultural axle, which is MTO company.By investigating assembly process, assembly line layout, cycle time etc.,carding the assembly line scheduling process and production changeover process, then analyzed the assembly line working time, finally considering the assembly line scheduling problems as a single-stage scheduling optimization problems. On this basis, according to the single-stage scheduling optimization method, the optimization function was established against the actual situation of A company agriculture axle assembly line per existing research results and scheduling rules. Finally,as an example, analyzed the demand of 2015 year December,by different scheduling rules to re-scheduling the customer order, compared the optimization results by different optimization function, matching an appropriate approximate optimal solution for different objectives and target, and then set up a rational scheduling methods to improve customer orders on time delivery, reduce delivery delays, reduce inventory and improve production efficiency.
