In the 21st century, Information Technology Industry , which is developing very fast, is not only a motive force but also a symbol of development of the society.In the development of Information Technology Industry, venture capital investment is the "catalyst" and its function of improving the society seems to be more and more important.This article first makes a thorough research of the movement and principles of venture capital investment and then centers on analyzing the sources of the venture capital and the evaluation system.
