Study On Venture Capital Decision Evaluation Of Software Enterprises In JiNan

Venture Capital is the important support system which can advance the industrialization of sci-tech result, and it mainly concentrates on high-tech industries such as electronic information, biological medicine and network communication etc. This paper aims at referring to present research fruits about Venture Capital project evaluation, combining the development state of JiNan software enterprise's venture capital introducing, adopting suitable evaluation method, selecting feasible evaluation standard and setting up a relative complete venture evaluation system about Venture Capital project with regional and industrial characteristic.First of all, this paper elaborates and compares the basic Venture Capital theory, the risk management theory and the management decision theory. It studies JiNan software industry's structure, scale, distribution, whole development state, and the scale as well as characteristic of Venture Capital in JiNan in the view of Venture Capital institution.Secondly, this paper analyses risk factors of software enterprise, and high-tech enterprise's work mode and course of Venture Capital are detailed to software enterprise progressively. It gets evaluation investigation factors of software enterprises at each stage considering different characteristic of software enterprises at different stage such as seed period, newly-establish period, growth period and mature period. It settles venture evaluation factors' weights of each stage by way of AHP and then sets up the investigation indexsystem of Venture Capital of software enterprise in JiNan.Finally, this paper carries on comparative analysis to present popular evaluation methods of Venture Capital and then selects Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate software enterprises comprehensively. It does empirical analysis on 3 software enterprises at different developing stage by way of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Possible innovations of this paper lie in that it analyses the decision subject risk that may be produced in investment decision process and it proposes measures against the risk in the light of decision subject.
