Study Of Risks And Supervision Of The Finacial Holding Company

The problem of the financial holding company is so important that we can't evite it in the financial industry development process of our country. The trend of mixing management in the financial industry has already been obvious in the developed countries for more than ten years, but at the same time, the financial industry of our country has been developing in the frame of dividing management. Dividing management ever played a positive role in our financial industry development for a certain period, but up to now, the abuse of doing this rears gradually, plus inevitable impact of entering into WTO to the financial industry, so the request and trend of mixing management has already been obvious in our country. Under the restriction of existing system, the mixing management in our financial industry will outstandingly represent as the financial holding company. But now supervising the financial holding company in our country is basically a blank realm. Therefore, aiming at the possible system risk of the financial holding company, how to further reform the financial supervision system to make up the blank in the supervision of it for our supervision authority is an important problem that we have to resolve.The purpose of this thesis is to discuss a reasonable and feasible outside supervision system that settles the problem of the inside risks of the financial holding company and supervises it for the stability of our financial industry.
