Study On Governmental Responsibility During The Process Of Public Service Marketization

Public service marketization is a totally new principle and direction of government's administrative reform, as well as the irresistible world trend. Through the renewal in ruling principle and the transition of function, the government opens the field of public service to realize socialization of public management and marketization of public service. However, the marketization reforms of the public service do not mean the decrease and reduction of governmental responsibility. What the government transfers are the offering of the service items, but not the transformation of service responsibility. During the process of public service marketization, the purpose of studying the governmental responsibility lies in determining and strengthening the governmental responsibility, seeking the settlement routes of the defect in the public service marketization reform.
