The Evaluation Of The Recreational Benefits And The Negative Environment Effects Of HongCun's Tourism

To carry out the capitalized managing of resources is a trend that strengthens the natural resources management. Along with the quick development of the world travel industry and its becoming one of the important national economy industries, to establish the capitalization management system of tourism resources and the values rationalizing mechanism of them is urgent. One of the essential conditions to realize the capitalization management of tourism resources is to evaluate the recreational benefits of tourism resources and carry on the valuation of the environmental effects in tourism exploitation at all times. Only by this, the tourism industry can keep on developing sustainably.As a case of the scenic area of the ancient village of HongCun, on the foundation of a series of questionnaire, this paper adopts combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the recreational benefits and the negative effects of the whole scene. According to the camparison and analysises of the analyzing results, the paper tries to find out the performance condition of the beauty spot. Based on this, it puts forward some countermeasures and approaches to ensure the scene of the ancient village to develop sustainably.
