| This dissertation take Gu Shan landscape as a case to value the tourism resources,it comprises a total of three parts.Part 1:First introduces the overview of Gu Shan scenic area, including their natural environment profile, environmental quality and tourism resources.Then from the visitor's social-demographic characteristics and travel behavior to survey the tourist market of Gu Shan scenic area.Part II:The combination of innovative zone travel cost method (ZTCM) and individual travel cost method (ITCM) to assess the Gu Shan scenic srea recreational benefits of tourism resources, through the analysis and calculation,the results show that in 2008, Gu Shan scenic spot tourism resources recreational value of the total 10.31×108 Yuan. Part III:Using contingent valuation method (CVM) to assess the Gu Shan scenic area non-use values of tourism resources, the result is 7.57×107-11.47×107 Yuan/year, and using payment card and double-bounded dichotomous elicitation technique to test the convergent validity of CVM, by comparing two resules,the average ratio of the two methods was 1.41, comparing this resule to the other studies in our country showing that the higher degree of effectiveness of this CVM research.. |
