| The compensation & Benefits management is one of management ideas and methods with strategy meaning. It can validate to stir up the initiative and activity of employees, promote employees to work hard to realize enterprises' targets, and increase enterprises' performance. So it has been concerned by more and more business enterprises now.I practiced in human resource department of the M company once. During that period, I have mostly engaged in the post valuation work and participated the M company compensation system redesigned work. Starting with the related theories, this paper outstands in the combing of the strategy of compensation & Benefits management and the strategy of the enterprise, keeps an eye on the present need, emphasizes the adaptability of the compensation system and the integration with other human resource management system. The paper involves the entire process of the compensation system redesigned work.
