Since the reform and opening, the family business in our country has gained great development. It has deeply effected the development of the national economy and has been the important part of the national marketing economy.However, with the strong along of family business scale, manage level can not keep up with the step of the enterprise development. And the human resource management of family business in our country still remains at a low level, resulting from a series of special factors about systems and environments in our country. Therefore, the development of the reality put forward a challenge to the human resource management.
