Since the reform and opening, the family business in our country has gained great development. It has deeply effected the development of the national economy and has been the important part of the national marketing economy.However, with the strong along of family business scale, manage level can not keep up with the step of the enterprise development. And the human resource management of family business in our country still remains at a low level, resulting from a series of special factors about systems and environments in our country. Therefore, the development of the reality put forward a challenge to the human resource management. This will beg the entrepreneurs to make a response as soon as possible, making excellent measures adjust to the business enterprise human resource management mode.According to the realistic problem, the article studied from the angle of human resource management mode. First, this paper introduced the background of our family business, related analysis the definition and advantage-disadvantage characters of the family business. Then, the paper made basic introduction of the human resource management and mode theories, classified the human resource management mode: the whole direction mode and the department working mode.
