Pilot Study On Urban Management Pattern Oriented By Public Satisfaction

The object of study in this article is the pattern of urban management. The article discusses the connotation and main content of the urban management and its pattern at first. Urban management pattern can be considered as guiding ideology, theoretical method and mode of thinking concerning urban management. It is formed from the experience of urban government. The administrative organization system and running mechanism of urban government is the important embodiment of urban management pattern.Secondly on the comparison of the research results at home and abroad, the author explains that"public"is"customer"of urban management department and that public satisfaction is the value tropism of modern urban management. On the basis, the author educes the concept of urban management pattern oriented by public satisfaction, and considers that improving the rate of public satisfaction of urban service is the developmental tendency of civil urban management in the future. Thirdly, the author probes into the significance and functions of public participating in modern urban management in order to improve the rate of public satisfaction. Public participating is the fundamental form of modern urban management. Integrating theory with practice, the author analyzes the problem of public participating in the process of civil urban planning and brings forward the corresponding countermeasure.In the end , the article puts forward that improving the quality of public participating is the means of improving public satisfaction. The urban management pattern oriented by public satisfaction can be composed on this account. The article also expatiates the main contents of this pattern.
