| With the rapid development of the low carbon traffic and slow traffic, the public bicycle system, as an important part of the slow traffic, plays a great role in the short distance travel. At present, The influence factors of domestic for residents to use public bicycles research is not enough, the residents to use public bicycle travel satisfaction influencing factors, starting from the user's point of view, improve the service quality of public bicycle.Firstly the existing literature to the satisfaction theory, the theory of low carbon city were summarized, combined with the relevant literature and the actual situation of, summed up the affected residents use public bike trip of five factors, respectively is safety and environmental factors, factors of layout design, service system factors,factors of bicycle, convenient and flexible factors. And construct a model of satisfaction degree for residents to use bicycle travel. According to the passengers' satisfaction influence factors and measurement index, questionnaire design, and puts forward research hypotheses, using Spss20.0 software to model the reliability and validity analysis, using correlation analysis and regression analysis methods to model hypothesis is verified. AMOS17.0 software was used to model the data to verify the model, and the final model was obtained.The model results were analyzed draws the following conclusion: safety and environmental factors, factors of layout design, service system factors, factors of bicycle, convenient flexible factors of residents use public bicycle travel satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and the impact of factors also has relationship.Among the factors, the system service factors and the convenience and flexibility are the most influencing factors to travel satisfaction.Finally, in the end, this paper makes a simple analysis based on the results of empirical research, and expounds the shortcomings of this paper, and the future research is prospected. |
