In the new era of information technology, to survive and develop, enterprises have to face great challenges with fiercer and fiercer competition in unpredictable global market. It's vital for each enterprise to gain and maintain competitive advantages. That is why many enterprises introduce strategic planning into own businesses. However, during the forming and execution of strategy, people issue is always the core factor. Therefore, to ensure business success by right human resources management under competitive situations, it's important to design and implement the human resources strategy that is in line with the overall strategic objectives. In this paper, I try to find out how human resources management involves in forming enterprise strategy and how strategic human resources management affects the execution of strategy through the study of strategic human resources management practices in a multinational company, M in China. I hope it will be of some help for human resources management in local Chinese enterprises. It consists of four parts as follows:Chapter One: Portfolio of M Company. Introduce company mission, vision and values; followed by business composition and global market distribution. Lastly, brief the development history and business situation of M (China) Co., LtdChapter Two: HR Strategy of M (China) Company. First introduce relevant theories on strategic Human resources; then brief company strategies and analyze the requirements to HR; finally, from SWOT analysis, a new HR strategy is decided.Chapter Three: Strategic Human Resources Management Practices.
