Study On Suzhou City Develop Planning Of Circular Economy

With the constant development of economy society, Ecological environment Protection and sustainable development became a global topic. For China, sustainable development is treated as the basic strategies for social economy development by our government. Circular economy as a new economic development model base on sustainable development now becomes the inevitable choice of world economy sustainable development strategy in 21st century.In recent years, the economy of Suzhou has entered a new stage of rapid growth, while also facing lots of development "bottleneck" such as resources, energy and environmental issues. In order to change this situation and according to the actual status, local municipal government attaches great importance to developing Circular Economy. In 2004, "Suzhou City Develop Planning of Circular Economy" was started to edit. This plan has far-reaching significance for Suzhou City to guide future social/economic development and improve the current environmental status. For better implementation the planning and protection of the environment, this article study the circular economy base on regional planning. The whole article is divided into 10 chapters, content as follows:Chapter 2: Overview of the Circular Economy, brief introduce the definition, essence and operation principle of Circular Economy; domestic and overseas theories of circular economy and practice case.Chapter 3: The ideas of developing circular economy in Suzhou; discussed significance and objectives of Circular Economy implementation in Suzhou, compare the practice experiences of Circular Economy in domestic to overseas and government policy of implementing Circular Economy.
