A Research On Sustainable Utilization Of Hot Spring Resource Based On The Concept Of Circular Economy

As an important energy and natural tourism resource, hot spring has incomparable importance to our social economy, ecology and tourism development. The sustainable utilization of hot spring resource has become a focus of our government, tourist industry and academic circle. However, due to the refrains of traditional economic mode and people's limited understanding of the characteristics of hot spring resource, up till now, there are still some problems of exploration and construction of this tourism resource and effective development channels have not been found. Therefore, to research and explore an effective channel of sustainable application of hot spring resource is extremely needed. After consulting abundant materials and participating some programming and designing practices of hot spring resorts, the author combines theories and practices, and analyzes the basic features and the development of this resource. Based on the research on fundamental circular economy theory, the author makes a conclusion that the concept of circular economy is a new channel and inevitable choice for the sustainable development and circular utilization of hot spring resource. Then, the author poses the idea of promoting the sustainable development of hot spring resource through the concept of circular economy. After constructing and analyzing the relevant model, the author puts forward an appropriate circular mode for the exploration and utilization of hot spring resource. Besides, based on a concrete research on the forest hot spring resort, ten kilometers northeast Yongqing county in the Hebei province, the author constructs an assessment index system for the project of hot spring resource development and utilization, which is aimed at regulating the circular development and sustainable utilization of hot spring resource.This thesis can be divided into five parts:In the first chapter, the author introduces the background, the research meaning and the involved research methods.In the second chapter, the author summarizes the research on the definition of hot spring and reviews the theory of hot spring resource development both home and abroad.In the third chapter, the author researches on circular economy theory from the tourism perspective and summarizes the current research on circular economy theory from different aspects both home and abroad. At the same time, the author introduces the connotation and the main features of circular economy, its differences with traditional economical mode and its relevance with tourist resource sustainable development. The author believes that the traditional economic mode will surely be replaced by circular economic development mode, which can ultimately promote the sustainable development of tourist resources.In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the existing problems in Chinese utilization and development of hot spring resource and points out the necessity and feasibility of promoting the sustainable development and utilization of hot spring resource through circular economy concept, based on which the author constructs and analyzes the circular utilization mode of hot spring resource.In the last chapter, based on the research on the forest hot spring resort in Hebei province, the author analyzes and constructs a concrete mode for hot spring resource circular utilization, and introduces the relevant heating system. Besides, the author puts forward an assessment index system based on circular economy concept and some safeguard measures including laws, regulations and other supporting systems.
