With the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise, it has played an important role in the social economy,Under the condition of market economy, the competition of enterprise is the competition of the talent.Under such information times,traditional human resource management cannot meet the requirements of building up organizational competencies, technical innovation,talents hunting and development.And based on the development of new technology and human resource managemanet theories, Human Resource MIS (in abbreviation:HRMS) comes into being.A successful implementation of the HRMS needs two prerequisites.Firstly,the enterprise has perfectly setup the human resource management standard and system.Secondly, the well-developed human resource information management system is applicable to the business truth. So, based on the analysis of the evolution of the human resource management information system, this thesis takes the WeiKai Corporation as the sample, analyses and designs its business process of Human Resource Management and modifies some unreasonable operation ,and perfectly setups its human resource management standard and system.It is a key step to implement the HRMS.In this article, by combining the theory,tools , ways and methods of the human resource management, and using the compute and network technology, a well-developed HRMS has been setup for WEIKAI science and technology limited company.Then, based on the J2EE technology,database management technology and information security technology ,this thesis analyses and designes the ten function modules of the WeiKai human resource management information system.They are Organization management module, Recruitment management module, Personnel Information management module, Attendance Performance management module, Payroll and Benefits management module, Appraisal management module, Training management module, Employee Self-Service module, Decision-making centre module and system management module.In addition, typical business processes of Human Resource Management are discussed and the database structure is constructed,such as recruitment management, appraisal management and training management. Afterwards, with the system popedom management module to act as the instance, this thesis introduces how to use the system and brings forth the well-designed system style.Finally,the conclusion to the research is made in the hope that the research of the thesis would be helpful to the realization of HRMS in the small and medium-sized enterprises.
