Research On The Operation & Maintenance Method Of Power & Airconditioning System In JLMC

Jilin company of chinamobile is the largest mobilephone company in jilin province. There are so many problems in its operation and maintenance of power and airconditioning system .In order to solve these problems ,investigation and research is done from five aspect: the management of human rensource,process optimizing ,quality management, stock and storage ,information system. In the aspect of human resource,quantitative analysis in work load is done to determine the method of personnel disposing. The requirement of training is analysized to make training plan.Personnel prompting method is made through working motives analysis. In the aspect of working process, the paper analysises the process being used now and finds out the problem in it.According to the problem found, the paper makes an optimizing method to make the process more efficient. At last ,the paper gives an example to explain how to optimize the working process. In the aspect of quality management,the paper makes out a quality management plan in the maintenance center of power&airconditioning system and gives an example to explain the process of quality management in detail. In the aspect of stock and storage,the paper analysises the actual method of stock and storage being used now and finds out the problems in the method.To erase the problems, the paper re-designs the method of stock and storage in order to minimize the cost. Information system is a new face to the JLMC,the paper only introduces the information system being used in JLMC and points out the problems in it.According the problems, the paper gives some advise on the information system . The method of quality management,process optimizing and personnel training made by the paper are being used now in JLMC,but the other design made in the paper is only an imagination and remains to be examined in practice. JLMC has never done study on the operation&maintenance method of power&airconditioning system.The paper only does analysize on the current situation according management theories.The conclusion is typical ,can be used by other mobile company.
