With the global economic integration accelerating and the rapid IT developing, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) makes use of information technology to manage enterprise resource based on advanced enterprise management thinking. As a kind of important and special resource, nowadays human resource is the source of wealth in enterprise and has been becoming more and more important and has been the research object people have to pay close attention to.Author studies the application of ERP in the Human Resources Management from the management and the implementation of HRM information by practicing in a Management Consulting Company HRM consulting department in Xiamen and participating the China Mobile Telecommunications Group company ERP-HR projects.Firstly this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the human resources management information and the impact of ERP and human resources management, establishes a "3P core" ERP-HR model faced with human resources management overall;secondly by analyzing implication and application of the model,the author establishes a ERP-HR key factor model-CSFs, five key successful factors follows: Strategic HRM Information Plan, process changes, the basic data, expert advice, comprehensive training; Finally, the author studies a empirical case—Chinese Mobile Communications Group S Mobile HRM Information, by making use of the CSFs model, sums up the improvement in HRM after the implementation ERP-HR system of S Mobile.at the same time . the author also pointed out the shortcoming ; Finally, Finally the authors raise proposals to the development of S Mobile ERP-HR in the future.
