Researches Of The Supply Problems Of Central China's Rural Public Goods

When entering the 21st century, China has thoroughly cast off its downturn in 1990s. The economic development speed of China is like greased lightning these years. Although we achieved tremendous accomplishment, we still can't neglect the facts that difference between the urban and the rural, difference between the regions and difference between the rich and the poor have caused a series of social problems. For example, the social development imbalances and social instability have deeply affected the development of China. Therefore, all social circles have been concerned about these problems now.The middle section of China has its niche advantage, owns abundance of resources, and it is the most important producing area of food supplies. The development of the middle section has significant influence of the economic development of the whole of China. Solving the countryside problems, farmers problems and agriculture problems in the middle section of China is crucial to its growing up because accumulated issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers has severely hampered the development of this area, To some extent, the rise of Central China is solving the rural problems in the middle section of China. More and more researchers believed that the abundant and effective supply of rural public goods is the most important and essential problem of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Although many researchers and investigators have done research on the problem of rural public goods'supply, but there isn't any research on this problem specially aimed at the middle section of China until now.Based on the above reasons, the purpose of this paper is to do some deep research on the supply of Central China's rural public goods. At first, this paper expounds the correlative theories about rural public goods, and makes a clear definition of rural public goods. Secondly, by the contrast and analysis of statistics about the supply of Central China's rural public goods, a conclusion that the supply of Central China's rural public goods is absent can be drawn.
