The Approach Of Agricultural Academy's Functions And Populization Modes In Modern Agriculture Populization

This research, taking Shandong Province and Shandong Agricultural University as examples, deeply discussed agricultural academy's status and functions and the practical modes in modern agriculture generalization, in view of real problems of organization setup, running mechanism, management system, populization contents, populization measures, etc. in the current government-oriented agriculture populization organizations since the establishment of socialist market economy of our country. It aimed to provide useful help to the construction and perfecting of diversified modern agriculture populization system of our country and to promot the healthy development of modern agriculture populization cause.Firstly, this research analysed the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and their respective limitations of generalization organizations in modern world such as administrative type, educational type, enterprise type, government combining farmers cooperation organization type and self-help type. Then, this research analysed the actualities of the existing modes of populization organizations in Shandong Province and pointed out their respective disadvantages on the basis of fully affirming their achievements. (1) The main disadvantages of administrative type: confusing organization setup, no distinction between administration and enterprise, low work efficiency, suffering from restriction of technology source and jam of service area, irrational structure and low quality of populization contingent, wrong populization ideas, deficient investment from government, poor pay and conditions for the poulization personnel and instable personnel number.
