The Research On The Tradition Of Academy And Its Inheritance In Modern University

Ancient Chinese academies have a long history.As an educational and cultural institution integrating teaching,research,book collection and sacrifice,ancient Chinese academies have adhered to many essential and regular things in their long-term development,and have many unique characteristics and fine traditions that modern universities can learn from and inheritance.While modern universities continue to move forward,they must also look back to history and learn from tradition.Therefore,this research has refined,analyzed and discussed the four parts of ancient academies' teaching traditions,academic traditions,spiritual traditions and institutional traditions,thereby providing historical wisdom for the development of modern universities.This research uses historical research method,document research method and logical analysis method.Through combing and analyzing the historical facts and related research materials of ancient academies,it conducts in-depth research on the traditions of academies.This research includes the following content: The first part is the introduction,which explains the research reason and significance of this research,research summary,research content and concept definition,research ideas and methods.The second part mainly explains the connotation of the tradition and the academy tradition,and on this basis,carries on the structural analysis of the academy tradition,and explores the relationship between the elements of the academy tradition.The third part discusses in detail the specific content of the academy tradition.Among them,the teaching tradition of the academy mainly refers to the teaching purpose of selfcultivation,the teaching content of emphasizing morality,flexible teaching methods and the comfortable teacher-student relationship;the academic tradition of the academy mainly refers to free and independent academic power,inclusive academic atmosphere of the academy and the academic purpose of reasoning first;the institutional tradition of the academy mainly refers to sound and appropriate system management,diverse and stable system guarantees,and a standardized and autonomous institutional environment;the spiritual tradition of the academy mainly refers to the unity of humanistic care and academic pursuit,the sense of responsibility of the family,the country and the world,the innate spirit of critical innovation,and the practical spirit.The fourth part analyzes the logic of the traditional inheritance of the academy,mainly from the perspectives of cultural logic,educational logic and realistic logic.The fifth part is based on the specific content of the academy tradition,combined with the actual situation,made specific requirements for modern universities to inherit the academy tradition.In short,this research seeks educational wisdom in history through in-depth research on the traditions of academies,and examines modern universities from a traditional perspective,hoping to improve the present and develop the future by studying the past.
