When human resource capital becomes one of the most significant economic growth factor, corporations must establish a comprehensive salary administration consciousness, and use salary as one of the most direct and effective way of motivation. Corporations need competitive pay to attract talents, a guaranteeing wage to keep the talents. Therefore, for human resource manager, design and administrate a salary system is one of the most challenging human resource management tasks. When a scientific and rational salary system is established, employees will feel secure and become more confident and belonging to the company, which in turn brings the company into a favorable spiral; whereas, it will make employees insecure, feel unfair, which in turn hold down their enthusiasm.This dissertation diagnosed the salary system of Xi Nan Standard Architectural Design Corporation, analyzed and re-designed a new wage administrative project.The paper stated problems encountered by the architectural design company, such as low satisfaction rate for salary, declining external competitiveness, and lapse of the talents. Analyze from both external circumstance and internal condition, the current salary system is no longer adaptive to the demand of market economy and its self-development. It is necessary to reform the allocation mechanism and design new wage administrative policies.
