Along with the development of the Chinese economy, the growth of the specialized production and the perfection of the market degree, logistics has become future sun industry. The demanding extension of Chinese logistics market provides infinite business opportunities for the logistics business of China. Chinese third-square's logistics has the inborn advantage of the network, profession, brand, policy, and infrastructure. But the postal service system construction falls behind; the network circulates with low efficiency ; the changes of market can not be adjusted to; the human resources is in shortage. The above mentioned is also an undisputable fact.In 2003 China Post Logistics Corporation (CNPL) was established, which symbolizes the beginning of China Post marching into modern logistics industry .The total target is to provide solution for the business enterprise logistics. As the provider of the functional logistic service, we make use of advanced theory and techniques to offer delicate service for the customers. But currently, the Chinese Post advances logistics industry individually and separatelly, and haven't yet formed the concept of the big postal service and big logistics. The logistics development is also uneven in different parts of China, not exerting the big net of postal service. The management method of the postal service logistics now can't also satisfy the demand for modern logistics business .The reason is that traditional thinking mode prevents logistics business from developing.
