The Study Of Regional Water Resources Optimal Allocation And Land Ecological Potential

This paper made and inquiried into the ecological potentials on the basisof water and land resources sustainable utilization and provided mathematicmodels of regional water resources optimal allcotion and land ecologicalpotentials. Yangzhou city was used as an example and traced out the researchmethods and contents of regional water resources optimal allcotion and landecological potential. The present conditions of water resources and land-usehad been analyzed and calculated, and forecasted potential productivity formain crops in objective year in the paper. On the basis of predicting thedifferent consumption level and population conditions, agricultural landdemand of regional population had been estimated. Finally, the land resources,which could be exploited and used in objective year, had been calculated anddug its out economical potential in order to provide scientific basis for regionalwater rational allocation and land resources utilization.The main contented include:In the first part, this paper made mathematics models of regional waterresources optimal allcotion on the basis of analysis of water resources supply-demand in objective year.In the second part, this paper probed into mathematics model of landecological potentials. On the basis of analysis about ecological potential, thisstudy provided a definition of land ecological potential. That is, the potential ofregional economical development could be supported on the basis of thesustainable development. Also mathematics model and calculates formulae ofthe land ecological potentials was provided.The third part was the analyses of the present conditions of waterresources and land-use in Yangzhou city. By analyzing the conditions of naturalresources and social economical development, the favorable and unfavorablesituation in the water resources and land-use and land-exploitation had beenexplained. By analyzing the present conditions of water resources and land-use, the achievements and problems of Yangzhou had been represented.The forth part was calculated about demand of agricultural land utilizationin Yangzhou city. From an angle for study of relation between human and land,the land ecological potential in Yangzhou city was studied. Firstly, necessaryland resources, which could provide enough food to meet regional populationand different consumption level, had been calculated. Secondly, the landresources, which could be exploited and used in objective year, had beencalculated. Finally, how to exploit land resources in progressively and productoptimum economical efficiency had been analysised.In the last part, economical potentials of land resources, which could beexploited and used, had been studied in Yangzhou city. On the basis ofanalyzing regional land-use, it concluded that it should develop industry inorder to produce optimum economical efficiency. By the analyses of regionalindustrial field model and industrial choice, some advice such as land-useintensification for development of industrial field was given. Also some otherreasonable countermeasures and measures in objective year in Yangzhou citywere advised.
