Research Of Water Resource Under Land Evaluation And Countermeasure

Among the carrying capacity of different natural resources, that of water is a very important part during the sustainable development of a nation or an area. The goal to analyze the carrying capacity of water is to reveal the relationship among the water, economy and population so as to realize the protection of water resource by reasonable exploration and use of water and therefore realize the sustainable development of the economy and the society.Based on reference to extensive literature, the paper offers an introduction of the current research of carrying capacity of water both at home and abroad and then an analysis of the problems existing in the exploration and use of the underground water resource in Daqing. Under the guidance of the sustainable development theory, the paper makes an explanation of the concept and characteristics of the carrying capacity of water and then demonstrates the relationship between the carrying capacity of water and sustainable development. Considering such correlation, the paper establishes the comprehensive index system of underground water carrying capacity, which covers the development of society, economy, sub system of ecological environment and water resource system and embodies the fairness of coordinated development of them. What's more, by employment of Wuyuan Model and grey correlation analysis method, a quantitative analysis is made as for the carrying capacity index and coordinating index of the system and therefore a comprehensive evaluation and research comes into being about the underground water carrying capacity of the five districts in Daqing.To meet the requirement of fast economic development of Daqing and maintain the harmonious relationship between humans and water, the corresponding countermeasures as for the exploration and use of water resource in Daqing are put forward concerning the issues such as how to improve the water carrying capacity of the area and how to coordinate the relationship among the subsystems. The countermeasures includes five aspects, namely, to rationalize the water resource management system, establish saving-water-society, set reasonable water price system and strengthen the water pollution control.The core of this paper is the comprehensive evaluation of the underground water arrying capacity in Daqing and the research of the countermeasures for reasonable exploration and use of water resource. The model and methods put forward in the paper are proved to be feasible so they could be taken as reference for the planning and management of the water resource in Daqing.
