With the structural adjustment for the worldwide industrial economy, the service industry has developed into a pillar industry for the economy development of many countries. The international service industry is occupying a more and more important position in the world trade, increasingly furthering the economic development. The financial service trade brings to the developing countries not only the opportunities but also challenges. In the field of financial service trade, developed countries boast of the comparative advantage, it is, therefore, of great significance for the developing countries to get a full as well as correct knowledge of financial liberalization and financial service trade, and take reasonable measures on financial liberalization to open the domestic financial service market. However, confronted with the rapid development of global financial service trade and the billowing tidal wave of financial service trade liberalization, the financial service industry in China, if willing to remain invincible in the opened-up financial market, should win the comparative advantage and improve its financial competitive ability. Such being the case, we should probe into or solve the problem on the comparative advantage and its decisive factors in the trade of financial service, and even the important research subject on the transformation of financial service trade from comparative advantage to internationally competitive ability.Since the Reform and Opening up program, China economy been has gradually transforming from traditional planned mode to market mode, with which the theory of comparative advantage has found its wide application in the field of foreign trade. We can say, during the past 20 reform-and-opening-up years, it is on the basis of the comparative advantage that China has achieved great achievements in foreign trade. Our country has established a preliminary labor-intensive product export mode and a preliminary capital-intensive product import mode in accordance with the theory of comparative advantage. Currently, the world economy is stepping forward on a globalization and integration stage, and the production, the trade and the investment of various countries have been increasingly integrated into an organic whole. Only the employment of Comparative Advantage Theory in foreign trade practice can adapt to the international tide. In a word, whether in perspective of logical reasoning of economic theory or from the angle of trade practice, it is a rational decision for China'...
