Management on the employee's psychological contract has already developed into an important field of human resource management.This paper traced the results of the research on psychological contract . Then one model on how organizational culture affects the employee's psychological contract is proposed. To establish organizational culture is to place a premium on the employee's beneficial behavior in the need of organization, but the organizational culture can't lead to the employee's special behavior directly, it plays an important role by affecting the employee's psychological contract to get the needed behavior.This paper investigates the content of psychological contract of employee in china southern airlines HU NAN branch, including the organizational inducements and employee obligations percept by the employee. This paper also describes the difference of employee psychological contract between the segmented groups by the standard of sex, age, job content, organizational level and serve years.This paper further investigates the condition that how the organizational culture of . affects its employee's psychological contract. And we argue that during this affecting procedure, the organizational trustworthiness is a very important variable which must be taken into consideration. If the organizational trustworthiness is high, the organizational culture will affect its employee's psychological contract more. Otherwise, the affect of organizational culture will be weaken greatly. This paper also concludes a trust model between china southern airlines Hunan branch and its employee.This paper proves the conflict between the organizational culture of china southern airlines HU NAN branch and its organizational evolvement stage. And this paper describes that how such kind of conflict affects its employee's psychological contract. some suggestions are given to how to promote the organizational culture of china southern airlines HU NAN branch efficiently and correctly.It should be realized that the type of organizational culture shoud be appropriated to the grade of organization's devolopment during china Southern Airlines Hunan branch establishing its organizational culture.Chanactteral culture should be state as the mainstream of your organizational culture thereby to establish the official of organizational system Hunen you choose the type of organizational culture.
