With the continuous deepening of China’s economic&social reform development and upgrade the domestic civil aviation market competition. In order to cater for its strategic target of international network aviation company, based on the original enterprise culture, China Southern Airlines Company Limited (Hereinafter referred as "Southern Aviation") will make further development and innovation of the enterprise culture and take "Customer first, respect for employees, pursuit of excellence, continuous creation and love return" as the core concept. To be a first-class branch, the Northern Branch will continuously enhance the enterprise culture establishment and assistant with Southern Aviation to realize strategic transformation according to the overall deployment of Southern Aviation.During the reform development of Southern Aviation Northern Branch (Hereinafter referred as "Company"), young employees are regarded as the main force, which made its due contribution to company’s development and establishment. However, specific focus problems are occurred on some of the young groups, which brought a certain degree of influences to company’s stabilization and development. Young employees are the future of company’s development as well as the main body to carry out enterprise culture establishment at present. How to solve the problems encountered in the process of youth’s becoming talent, how to improve their awareness of enterprise culture and gather them to stay on their position to develop into talent, make bigger contribution to enterprise culture establishment and company’s transformation and development, has important significance for the Southern Aviation North Branch’s enterprise culture. Based on the detailed analysis of individual and company’s environment factors that needed by enterprise culture function and young employees developing into talent, this thesis obtained the action mechanism of enterprise culture on youth’s developing into talent. Then combined with examples and made a deepen analysis of the current enterprise culture and working status of Southern Aviation Northern Branch and problems that restricted the youth development into talent. Finally, it put forward specific measures to promote youth’s becoming talent from the aspect of enterprise culture establishment, which will strengthen the enterprise culture establishment and construct the environment and platform for youth talent at the same time.
