On the base of investigation on the agricultural integration model of "company-cooperative-farmers" in Lihua livestock & poultry Co.,Ltd, reviewing the development course of Lihua company "company-coop- erative-farmers" model, analyzing the mechanism of the model from organization, control technology, training, profit distribution, risk safeguard and restriction etc systamatically all-round, exploring the model operating mechanism and deducing the successful experience, meanwhile pointing out the grave problems in Lihua company's operating model, and finally giving the key to it.After the investgation and research, we can find these results as follows:(1)Lihua company's agricultural intigration modle actually is a course of system and technology innovation. Lihua's successful experience is the system innovation according to the situation and the needs of agricultural integration.
