Research On The Model Of "Company+Farmers" Based On The Integration Theory

Abundant agriculture makes foundation strong, rich farmers makes countries boom, rural stability make social security. "Three Rural Issues" is very important in our country,agriculture industry as the main force in primary industry is the core of the construction and development of the rural economy.As early as 2006, China has determined the basic strategy of "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support rural areas" to improve the level of agricultural modernization in our country.But in reality,it is a long process of changing the developing way of rural areas.Our countryside is with rich resources, but the development is backward, there are many difficulties and problems faced by rural agricultural production. Lack of agricultural science and technology innovation capacity, low level of organization of farmers, a serious shortage of funds and other factors,agricultural industry and rural areas is facing many problems.The study started from the perspective of the integration theory, build a rural integrated management model of company+farmers",use the concept of industry to plan the agriculture development,and explore the development path of the new socialist countryside.Though the model of company+farmers",realizing the cooperation between the company and farmers to achieve the resource optimization and integrated organization to promote the whole society efficient allocation and utilization of rural resources, enhancing the rural economic growth and risk-resisting ability of farmers, promoting the industrialization process of agriculture in rural areas.The thesis has been divided into the following several parts:the first chapter,introduction. Introduces the research background,the domestic and international relevant research on the agricultural industry.research motivation, theoretical and practical significance, research objectives, methods and so on.The second chapter,Basic Analysis of Rural areas.Taking the rural areas of Fujian Province as an example, analyzing the present situation and existing problems of it, in order to know the real countryside,that can provide the reliable data to support the thesis study. The third chapter,The Integrated Management Model of "Company+Farmers". Aimed at the rural and agriculture problem, using the theory and method of integration management, put forward the integrated management of "company+farmer" agricultural industrialization model,which is to seek the core of rural developing construction, and make resources integrated. Then analysis of the building motivation and the organization feature of the model.Thus from the internal force to analyze the integrated force between company and farmers, wan to find a effective method to make them closed. The fourth chapter, The Empirical Study of "Company+Farmers"Integrated Management Model.Take the Fujian province agriculture leading enterprises -Fujian province Sum up Food Holdings Limited Company as a typical case, discuss the operational aspect,and sum up their existing problem and the faced challenge at present,Combine the integrated internal forces and interface management to improve the "company+farmers" mode, and proposed some initiatives. The fifth chapter,Conclusion and Academic Prospect.Conclude the whole thesis and point out the further research prospects.
