This thesis discussed the problems and dilemmas arises the booming value added service in telecom business. Equipped with management knowledge and other management tools such as benchmarking, this thesis suggests several ways to manage the SP and CP, the competitive edge and future move of mobile operators.The concept of "service platform "has been brought in aiming to visualize the way how telecom operators to build up the business model and cooperate with SP and CP.
