Research Of Association Rules Based On Character Weightness

The rapid accumulation of the information in the world demands for development of powerful information extracting tools and techniques. Data mining is a promising research field, while association rule technique is the most active and the most important research direction in Data Mining technique.The major work and innovations in this paper are as follows: Firstly, This paper analyzes the relationship between Data Mining and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and discusses the necessary of applying association rule technique in CRM; Secondly, we propose a evaluate model for algorithm, which integrate mining performance and rules quality of association rules into a unified framework; Thirdly, according to the difficulty of setting weight in mining association rules based on weight, we propose setting weight by clustering in CRM system; Fourthly, This paper introduces CWM standard and builds an experiment platform based on Xelopes. Afterwards we experiment with real data to evaluate the performance of mining associate rule based on weight, and the quality of the rules.
