Research Of Impact Factors On Shipbuilding Cost Based On The Association Rule

With the deployment of ERP,PLM and other information systems,shipbuilding enterprises are carrying out the effective management on business.At the same time,large amounts of data of lifecycle finance,production,supply chain,customer relationship are accumulated.These data are usually playing a role as a record instead of being made full use of the hidden value.If these can “talk”,the impact factors of shipbuilding cost are analyzed to discover the association relationship among these factors.It will offer shipbuilding enterprises the guidance and practical value on cost control,but also can promote the detailed management of shipbuilding process.This paper is on the basis of the characteristics of discrete data for business of shipbuilding and the adaptation of association rule.It begins from the shipbuilding production organization process,and then card the internal and external impact factors of shipbuilding cost based on the research of association rule and Apriori algorithm.These factors are analyzed to explore the impact on shipbuilding cost and ten non-financial factors are selected for this study.In addition,analysis model of the impact factors of ship manufacturing cost are constructed based on the association rule,including the analysis process of cost factors of shipbuilding,constructing concept hierarchy tree of impact factors,selecting relevant data,data discretization and displaying the principle of Apriori algorithm by examples.Finally,with a sample cost overrun data of 134 ships for nearly ten years in a shipyard which excludes material prices,labor prices,exchange rates and other unpredictable factors and marginal contribution pricing,the analysis model is established by Weka to discover the impact factors and to analyze the relationship of these factors.At the same time,these results are explained combined the the experience of interpretation and verified by the actual production situation.The results demonstrate that association rule can be effectively applied in the study of impact factors on shipbuilding cost.According the results of the mining,combined the actual produce situation,this paper put forward the rationalized proposal on shipbuilding cost management and provide a reference for strengthening the cost management and cost control.
