With the rapid development of the network,the online shopping hinging on the network grows fast.Now,more and more people get more attention on the online shopping industry,different methods of research and data analysis have also been applied on the online shopping.As a new data analysis method,data mining can be used in online shopping analysis to find the discipline,forecast trend,discover patterns.It is beneficial for promoting the online shopping industry to develop healthy and orderly.By methods of data mining with the tool SPSS Molder,on the basis of the online shopping data from the shopping in Tianmao,to research the behaviors of the online people.In the research,First,through the application of association rule,through analysising the online shopping people behaviors,discussed the behavior rules to find the habits and features.Second,through analysising the online shopping people behaviors by RFM in Customer Segmentation.Third,Research and Application of Clustering in the online shopping Customer Segmentation,to provide the basis for customer relationship management,to make strategy.The conclusion of this research can provides the refrence for the sits management to the operators of E-commerce.At the same time,the conclusion of this research can provides support for formulation on network marketing strategy to online shopkeepers.
