Research On Governance Of High-new Technology Firms Based On Specific Human Capital

Under the conditions of the market economy, the competitions of enterprises are talents' competition after all. Talents with special skills have form one of the important components of enterprise core competitiveness. Meanwhile , the existence of human capital as a form of capital has been impacting on unilateral governance model-"capital wage labor"of enterprises , especially high-new technology firms. The current governance structure of high-new technology firms has become the constraint of company's subsequent development, and it will cause that special human capital can not play the role effectively. All the above constitute the writing motivation.The research on governance of high-new technology firms based on specific human capital is the clue of this text.
