In a complex and variable economic and social environment, the enterprises focus on designing a perfect organization configuration to achieve the strategic objective and to get as much profit as possible. The strategic orientation of a enterprise is the precondition for it to get advantages in thesevere competition .And the organization configuration adjust as the orientation changes is the guarantee to achieve the target. This article used the case of Chongqing National energy invest Ltd to analyze and discuss the development strategy of Chinese enterprise . This article first expatiate the basic theory of enterprise strategy, after that we use the theory of enterprise stratagem management , competitive environment analysis and organization configuration analysis to analyze the strategic orientation and strategic direction of Chongqing National energy invest Ltd .Then we made the development strategy of mainly develop in the CNG industry for Chongqing National energy invest Ltd. And we also made the strategic plan and implementation plan in a few years for the company.This article is useful for making and evaluating the enterprise stratagem.
