With the adjustment of national energy strategy structure and the rapid development of the city gas enterprise,natural gas as a high quality chemical raw materials and efficient clean energy become more and more attention.The natural gas market competition is intense.For a long time,gas demand along with seasonal fluctuations.Plagued by it industry.And,in the domestic price of natural gas for several years under the background of lower than international prices,domestic natural gas prices to come.It for domestic sales of natural gas enterprises brings greater challenges.In this context,the specific implementation of marketing strategy formulation and strategy has become keep natural gas enterprise competitive advantage.Is also an important part of sustainable development strategy.How to take effective marketing strategy of natural gas,reduces the demand for natural gas with seasonal fluctuations,the gentle natural gas price increase of adverse factors on demand and competition environment change,is vital for natural gas business well.How to adjust the company's existing marketing strategy,establish new marketing concept,marketing the new measures,enhance the level of enterprise's marketing become a key link for the sustainable development of natural gas enterprises.This article first introduces the domestic and foreign research related to natural gas marketing strategy and discussed.Then it introduces the basic situation of the CPC compressed natural gas co.,LTD.,Wuhan,as well as the guiding ideology,development target and development strategy.In addition,from the business development,production capacity,human resources management of the four aspects respectively expounds the development of the CPC compressed natural gas co.,LTD.,Wuhan.Also puts forward the company existing docking with the government not in time,the urban infrastructure is relatively mature,the company's profits space is little,and human resources structure of this a few aspects,such as unbalanced problem.Then,this paper analyzes the CPC compressed natural gas co.,LTD.,Wuhan marketing environment.Using SWOT analysis method from the external opportunities andchallenges,their own advantages and disadvantages,different dimensions are analyzed.In the competitive environment and analysis from Wuhan urban natural gas enterprises,the laying of gas pipeline network,natural gas utilization,several aspects,such as market share.Wuhan region is the existing natural gas marketing environment are comprehensively described.Finally,this paper probes into the CPC compressed natural gas co.,LTD.,Wuhan in the coming years marketing strategy should from which aspects,how to develop the appropriate marketing strategy.Mainly from the user's characteristics,the existing market,new market development of mining,and gas based on the theory of the 4 p marketing strategy were discussed.
