Strategic Alliance points out that two or more enterprises, for the purpose of sharing resource, risk, cost and superiority, reach contracts or share stock right to build up stable partner relation. Both sides will take cooperative action to realize"win-win"at last. With global economics and joining WTO, if construction enterprises in China found Strategic Alliance, they can realize scale economies, reduce productive cost, share resource and superiority, develop new market, keep independent, improve quickly-respondent capability and finally get competitive advantages.Based on the fundamental theory about Strategic Alliance and analytical method about Strategic, this article uses G company as object to discuss the motives, partner selection, stability and guarantee measures of founding Strategic Alliance in construction and installation enterprises.In the article, the definition, types, motive, partner selection and stability of Strategic Alliance theory are analyzed in the first part. It uses PEST method to discuss the macro-environment of G company and also uses 5-Forces Model by Porter M E to discuss the competitive structure of construction trades and clearly understand the exterior opportunities and threats of the company. It uses Value Chain theory and VRIO framework to analyze the internal resource and capability. Points out the strength and weaknesses faced by G company, through Strategic Alliance, companies can become more competitive. The types and characteristics of Strategic Alliance of G company are studied which combined with analysis of SWOT and the motive of Strategic Alliance. Furthermore, the hiberarchy model of partner selection is also discussed here through evaluation index. At last, base on stable analysis of strategic alliance, it puts forward some guarantee measures G company should do. For example, it must readjust organizational structure, improve core capability, build some systems, such as information sharing system, interests distribution system, trust and restraint system, and strengthen culture synergy.This article is connected with the practice of G company, it has great realistic meaning. At the same time, it plays an instructive role in long-term development of G company. It can give reference to other enterprises 's establishing and implementing Strategic Alliance.
