Hi-tech enterprise strategic alliance is the research object in the dissertation. Thepartner choice, the achievement evaluation and the management of hi-tech enterprisestrategic alliance are well studied, so that a base of development is provided for hi-techenterprise strategic alliance.As regards the partner choice, based on the theory of "shadow price", the choice ofthe alliance partners for obvious resources is made first. That is, comparison of the shadowprice of obvious resources with the alliance cost is made to decide which enterprisesshould be selected as the partners. Then, based on option pricing theory the alliancepartners with implicate resources are selected. Black-Scholes bullish option pricing theoryis thus applied to alliance technology pricing. Comparison of the alliance technology pricewith the alliance cost and investment cost is done and then, whether to establish thepartner relationship or not and what degree in the relationship are decided.To make achievement evaluation, the index system is set up first, then AHP method isused to decide the weight of each index. Finally, the attribute synthetic assessment systemfor alliance achievement is made with attribute mathematics methods. Using the indexsystem, alliance achievement can be evaluated scientifically and comprehensively.In regard to alliance management, some managerial issues during the allianceoperation are investigated herein. The reasons for them are analyzed and the right waysare found. The theory of bilevel multi-objective programming is applied to the distributionof alliance benefits. Thus, some new ideas and methods are provided to solve themanagerial issues in connection with hi-tech enterprise strategic alliance.There are also some cases studies included to demonstrate the theories and methodsproposed in the dissertation. The results are found satisfied and the new ideas createdherein encouraging.
