China s construction industry is creating a higher economic returns and social benefits, has become an important pillar of the national economy in the context of sustained and rapid development of China's market economy, the level of urbanization has become increasingly high. But the development and progress of the industry and the plight of the same time, the construction industry as the market economy environment changes, some prominent problems in the industry are gradually emerging. For example, the market adaptability is not strong enough,business size and human quality is not enough to match the business to capture business acumen is not high enough to adapt to environmental change is not strong enough.Shaanxi Heng Xiang Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Heng Xiang) is one of the more representative example. The company as the local construction industry, the level of development of the level of the construction industry for the region to enhance the overall level will have a certain impact.This paper chooses Shaanxi Heng Xiang Company as a case study, in-depth to explore its development strategy in the new situation. First of all, on the basis of doing a good theoretical review, through the PEST, five-force model and other analytical methods, careful analysis of the external market environment faced by enterprises, the corresponding external environment comprehensive evaluation. Then, through the analysis of relevant factors within the enterprrise, the relevant internal environment comprehensive evaluation. Then, through SWOT analysis method for strategic selection evaluation, to help Shaanxi Heng Xiang company to make the corresponding development strategy planning adjustment. Finally, we put forward the implementation suggestions for the development strategy of Shaanxi Heng Xiang Company, aiming at ensuring the final realization of the adjusted strategy.All in all, Shaanxi Heng Xiang companies in the development process is facing a more complex and volatile internal and external environment, increasing competition, the need to change the past development mode, timely adjustment of development strategies. It is hoped that through the combination of theory and practice, the strategy research will provide real and reliable guidance for its long-term development, and optimize and innovate the development strategy of this industry.
