Under the condition of the economic globalization,informationization and shortening of product life cycle, enterprises have paid more attention to the shortage of competitive advantage.There are at least three views of competitive advantage research. They are customer view,enterprise resource view and competitor view. This paper analyzes the competitive advantage theory basing on strategy triangle; bring up the product perspective to study competitive advantage. And then, this paper deduces suggests a set of methods, theories and process flows for the enterprises on competitive advantage based on the product competition evaluation. It also combines the theory with the realistic situation, and makes some simple demonstration for the model of the competitive advantage research.In the research of product competition evaluation, this paper analyzes the relationship of the customer demands, introduces prefect product definition, and deduces the evaluation index system for the product competition. At the same time, it identified the index weight by using the fuzzy theory and AHP and gets the evaluation system of the whole product competitive ability concentrating on the demand of customers.Based on the evaluation system of the whole product and the value chain theory, this paper analyzes the interaction between the enterprise's whole product competitive ability, the enterprise value chain and the enterprise competitive advantage, and establishes the competitive advantage model according to the whole product competitive ability, and demonstrates in detail on the process, disciplines and value of the model.The aim for this paper is below. Firstly, figuring out that the basic resource for the competitive advantage is the demand of customers by induction and deduction the current competitive advantage theories. Secondly, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the whole product competitive ability according to the customer demand. Thirdly, this paper changes the study of the customer perspective on competitive advantage into the study in the view of the whole product competitive ability.
