Along with reform and open policy thorough, the domestic management environment changes gradually loosely, our country privately operated enterprise can grow strong unceasingly. In recent years, the Hubei privately operated enterprise developed quickly, has obtained the result which was obvious to all. But looked from the whole that, Hubei still was the province which the state economy stresses, the system of ownership structure quite sole, the privately operated enterprise scale is not big, the level is not high, compares the existence big disparity with developed province, has restricted the entire province economy development vitality and the vigor in the corresponding degree. Therefore, urgent need research related question. This article attempts through the research privately operated enterprise's development course and the developed local privately operated enterprise's development pattern, proposed suits develops the countermeasure in our province sentiment privately operated enterprise.This research first the theory which to correlation discipline and so on in western economic the related enterprise develops conducts the research, provides the theory basis for the analysis research. Next, through the analysis privately operated enterprise's development course, the different type privately operated enterprise's development pattern and compares their characteristic, for proposed promotes the countermeasure which our province privately operated enterprise develops to lay the foundation. Then, in studies our province privately operated enterprise whole development condition and in the development environment foundation, proposed suits our province sentiment the development countermeasure.
