A Company Development Strategy Research

Since 2013,the whole world has been facing the economic recession.Besides,factors,such as the imbalance between supply and demand in the coal market and the unsound coal development structure,have been severely impeding the development of coal market.Moreover,some coal enterprises neglect the safety measures in their daily production,which has further restricted the space to develop the mining industry and national economy.As a result,our government have promulgated a package of policies and measures to support the mining and education industry,which has been providing a lot of good opportunities for the explosion-proof enterprises and private international education emprises.The theories of enterprise strategic management have been introduced and developed for decades of years from abroad into China.Although such strategic analysis tools as SWOT analysis,PEST analysis,4P marketing theory and Boston matrix have more developed and became mature,it's still confused for the majority of small and medium-sized private enterprises to make strategic planning fit for their development.This article describes the development and the status of strategic management of A Company.And,on this basis,an in-depth analysis has been the discussed in the problems and reasons of A Company's strategic management.At the same time,PEST,Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the outer environment as well as the inner environment in the development.On such basis,according to the guiding ideology of strategic transformation,the strategic developmental target,the strategic management orientation and the implementation of safeguard measures have been analyzed.Based on the strategic foundation theory,this article puts forward the empirical strategy of small and medium-sized private enterprises when they encounter the bottleneck of the development,points out the new ideas of the enterprise' s strategic development and raises the new problems that need to be further explored and solved.Besides,this article hopes to give a case analyst for the majority of the private enterprises which are in a confused state and constantly strive to find solutions,especially for those explosion-proof electrical production enterprises and private international education enterprises,with the typical case of A Company.
